Yup, it really does work. It feels a bit pricey, but it's long lasting and really doesn't give you that fluttery, vibrating feeling of having way too much caffeine. Tastes like baby aspirin.

Winter green rubbing alcohol

This green weird stuff is often on the clearance end cap at the pharmacy, if you can find it at all. It's great applied to hot, tired feet or rubbed on sore muscles.
